My Sweet and Sour Fish

 Isnt the fish so beautiful?
I do managed to remove the scales which is so challenging. I almost wanted to give up.
But when i saw how the vegetables all look good together, their colors, their shapes, made me so inspired to cook and to finish the dish.
Another angle shot of the ingredients.
 Love that red onions.
And how about the flower like carrots. I think i should mastered the cuts next time.
 The garlic takes the centerstage.
And the ginger looks so appetizing already.
These are all the trimmings and the discarded vegetable parts. Isnt it beautiful also thats why i cant help but take a shot. I love their colors and textures.
How about the fish taking its bath on the marinade.
And soon, the fish and the veggies will be together.
A closer look at the fish...
 Another shot of its head...
 Ready to fry.
Waiting for the oil to be so hot.
I hope its ready for the fish.
The fish seems to enjoy its warm bath...hehehe
Uhm, seems additional oil should be added?
 I think its enough???
The exposed part is also slowly getting cooked.
A closer look at the fish.
A little browning is a sign that's its cooking as expected.
Final look at the ingredients.
I could eat that raw red and green bell peppers.
 They look good together.
 Another shot before plating.
The frying seems to be a challenge to me as always. but i do managed to finish the dish though the fish does not look so perfect. Hehehe. I'm glad the head and the tail is still there.
A closer look at the finished product.
 Uhm, looks good...maybe...
Look how saucy it is. Yum Oh...
And this is whats for dinner tonight...

The L shaped Sofa

An L shape sofa is a sofa that is literally designed in the shape of an L. It is designed like this for a number of reasons, and is a great choice for many different kinds of living rooms. Many people are buying L shaped sofas these days, in fact, for all of the benefits they offer. So, in case you have not been able to witness these benefits firsthand, here they are! First and foremost, an L shape sofa gives you more actual sitting room than does a regular sofa. Why? Well, because there is simply more of it to sit on! There is the main section (much like a normal couch), then, there is the elbow (a very relaxing spot to sit, I might add..), and the rest of the L on the end...which is usually the size of at least a small loveseat. And since there is so much room on these pieces to sit, you can fit a lot more people onto an L shaped sofa like this than you could on a regular sofa. The next benefit that an L shape sofa gives us is the benefit of being more affordable. Now, at this, you ...

Make Me Home No.4

Welcome to Make me Home edition 4. Weve been doing the dining, living and kitchen already and i guess its proper to feature a bedroom as well. This time, i want to feature a bedroom which is so typical to a filipino setting where the bedroom is shared by siblings. It is a common fact that due to limited space and budget, room sharing is an option to a modest family. Though privacy may be a little bit of a problem when sharing a space, intimacy and healthy relationships can be strengthen by sharing a room with someone who are dear to us. This room may be bit of a challenge for me. When i saw the room, i thought, a bed with a pull out will definitely solve the small space problem. But, its kinda ackward for someone to sleep on the pull out right? In fact, sleeping in a pull out is just an option for a sleep overs. It will be greater and even righteous to give a bed to everyone so they can have a space of their own. So i envisioned a "chic retreat style" for th...

Incorporating Buddha in Design

Buddha in an entirely blank wall makes a statement. Budhha in a console table gives elegance to the space Buddha as a wall art provides color inspiration for the space The buddha head on the fireplace takes centerstage and is the only accessory on the mantle. Buddha head completed the look on this awesome and relaxing living room. The buddha head gives the area an oriental inspired look. The buddha on the side table gives drama and mystique to the space. Dramatic lighting makes the space more interesting. This buddha unifies the asian look of the living room. Buddha heads need not only to be on asian inspired space. That buddha, steals the scene from the large mirror above the fireplace. The three buddha tablets on a niche is a statement. Buddhas, on its own is a decor element. Tranquility even on bathroom is evident in this space. A nice white buddha is a piece you would never forget. A small pocket garden with buddha will pro...
