Make Me Home No. 5

Welcome to the fifth edition and this time, i will be featuring the most scary but the comforting part of the house. Some say that you will know a persons character or a familys character through their bathroom. I always believe in this. A clean oriented family will never let their bathroom dirty and cluttered. The family who owned this bathroom is very lucky to have this size of the space. The bathroom has a nice layout and very organized. Some may say that this bathroom is ok already, well, for some reasons, its passing because its evident that this room is well maintained, clean and comforting which are the basic requirement for this space. The fixtures in this bathroom is still ok. Though not modern and the color may seem so distracting at first, this color is so easy to maintain. Make Me Home No.4

Welcome to Make me Home edition 4. Weve been doing the dining, living and kitchen already and i guess its proper to feature a bedroom as well. This time, i want to feature a bedroom which is so typical to a filipino setting where the bedroom is shared by siblings. It is a common fact that due to limited space and budget, room sharing is an option to a modest family. Though privacy may be a little bit of a problem when sharing a space, intimacy and healthy relationships can be strengthen by sharing a room with someone who are dear to us. This room may be bit of a challenge for me. When i saw the room, i thought, a bed with a pull out will definitely solve the small space problem. But, its kinda ackward for someone to sleep on the pull out right? In fact, sleeping in a pull out is just an option for a sleep overs. It will be greater and even righteous to give a bed to everyone so they can have a space of their own. So i envisioned a "chic retreat style" for this bedroo

My Sweet and Sour Fish

Isnt the fish so beautiful? I do managed to remove the scales which is so challenging. I almost wanted to give up. But when i saw how the vegetables all look good together, their colors, their shapes, made me so inspired to cook and to finish the dish.  Another angle shot of the ingredients.  Love that red onions.  And how about the flower like carrots. I think i should mastered the cuts next time.  The garlic takes the centerstage.  And the ginger looks so appetizing already.  These are all the trimmings and the discarded vegetable parts. Isnt it beautiful also thats why i cant help but take a shot. I love their colors and textures.  How about the fish taking its bath on the marinade.  And soon, the fish and the veggies will be together. A closer look at the fish...  Another shot of its head...  Ready to fry.  Waiting for the oil to be so hot.  I hope its ready for the fish.  The fish seems to enjoy its warm bath...hehehe  Uhm, see
